SBL Beta League Starting
The SBL Beta will run from Sat Apr 17th to Opening day
on May 1st. League members may join Beta to feel
out OOTP 11.

Pedro and Yanks Close to 1 yr Deal
The New York Post states that Yanks GM has flown to the Dominican Republic to meet with Pedro
and is looking to come back with a signed 1 yr 2M dollar contract. Pedro would be used strickly
for middle relief and not in there starting 5 rotation.

BoSox Fans Fired up over Prospect GM
4-16-10 - John Henry Offers Andrade 5 yr Deal
Bob Ryan of the Boston Globe reported today the John Henry wants Andrade
for the GM job in Boston. Andrade has not yet met with any other owners
yet, but Boston will most likely be the first stop if he opts in for the 2010
season. Only time will tell who the new face of B-Town is.

Yanks Changing Gears
3-26-10 The Empire Strikes Back
with change in the front office they recently signed Cookson as there new GM.
This may mark the end of an era for Yankees and the birth of a new breed
of players for the Yankees. Unlike Cashman, Cookson will be more focused on
keeping young talent and adding more depth to the roster and stray away from
the over paying and gambling act of Cashman. Jeter, Posada, Rivera, Pettitte or
A-Rod may have already unknownlingly played their last game in the pin
stripes, insiders feel Cookson will test the market with a few of these names
just how they will react to having there names thrown on the trading
block, only time will tell.
